Terms of Service

1. Agreement and Operating Company

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you ("Customer", "Broker", or "User") and PRIMEEDGE ESTATES PRIVATE LIMITED ("Prime Edge", "we", "us", or "our"), the company that develops, provides, and operates the RealtorVault platform accessible at realtorvault.ai and related mobile and web interfaces (the "Platform").

By registering for an account, accessing, or using RealtorVault, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must discontinue using the platform immediately.

2. Account Registration and Security

To use RealtorVault, authenticate through the methods offered by the application. These may include email codes, email/password or phone codes where delivery is available. New firm workspaces require activation. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and current account contact details.
  • Maintain the security of your authentication devices and passcodes.
  • Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your brokerage workspace.
  • Ensure that all individuals invited to your brokerage workspace are authorized team members or collaborators.

3. Permitted and Acceptable Use

RealtorVault is built for licensed real estate brokers, dealers, agents, and professionals operating in India. You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable Indian laws and regulations.
  • Attempt to bypass, test, or circumvent workspace isolation, authentication gates, or database Row-Level Security controls.
  • Scrape, crawl, or harvest listings or user details through automated means without authorization.
  • Upload fraudulent, malicious, or rights-infringing documents or media.
  • Misrepresent ownership, authority, or agency regarding listed properties.

4. Customer Data and Ownership

As between you and Prime Edge, your brokerage retains full ownership of all property listings, client contacts, deal records, notes, and uploaded papers that you input into RealtorVault ("Customer Data").

You grant PRIMEEDGE ESTATES PRIVATE LIMITED a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display Customer Data solely as required to provide, maintain, and secure the services for your workspace.

5. Intellectual Property

PRIMEEDGE ESTATES PRIVATE LIMITED retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the RealtorVault platform, including its software, source code, the Signal design system, interfaces, databases, logos, and documentation. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership rights in our software or trademarks.

6. Subscriptions, Trials, and Lifecycle

Any applicable plan, trial, price and billing period must be confirmed for your workspace before activation. Contact us about access, plan conditions, cancellation or refund questions before choosing a paid plan. Where a trial or subscription applies:

  • Trials: Trial periods provide access to platform capabilities under designated usage limits. Upon trial conclusion, workspaces transition into a protected read-only mode, preserving your data until a plan is activated.
  • Subscription Plans: Paid plans are billed on regular cycles as agreed during activation. All fees are denominated in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.
  • Plan Limits: Accounts must adhere to the usage limits (such as active listings or team size) of their chosen plan.

7. Disclaimer on Land Records and Due Diligence

RealtorVault provides record-keeping and workflow tools. Where enabled, AI document extraction and summaries assist human review against the source. They are not legal title certifications, government land guarantees or property valuations. The Outreach design preview uses fictional data; its changes are not saved to firm records and it does not make calls or send messages.

You acknowledge and agree that brokers, buyers, and sellers remain solely responsible for conducting independent legal verification, title searches at the competent sub-registrar or tehsil office, encumbrance inspections, and physical site confirmations before executing property transactions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Prime Edge Estates Private Limited and its officers, directors, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or transaction opportunities arising out of your use of RealtorVault.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

9. Termination

You may stop using RealtorVault at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate workspace access for material violation of these Terms, security threats, or non-payment of applicable subscription fees, with reasonable notice where feasible.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
