Privacy Policy
How information is used to provide your brokerage workspace.
Last updated: October 26, 2026
1. Operating company
PRIMEEDGE ESTATES PRIVATE LIMITED ("Prime Edge", "we", "us", or "our") operates RealtorVault. This notice explains our account, workspace and diagnostic data handling. Contact us using the linked contact page for questions or requests.
2. Information we handle
Account information includes your email address, phone number where provided, name, authentication credentials and firm memberships. The sign-in methods available depend on the configured delivery channels; phone verification is not always available.
Workspace information includes firm settings, team roles, contacts, buyer requirements, properties, locations, regional area measurements, price history, deal records, notes and recorded payments. Uploaded papers and photos may contain personal information about other people. Only provide records you are authorized to use.
We also handle applicable plan and transaction information, access/audit records, and technical performance and error diagnostics needed to operate and protect the service.
3. Why information is used
We use information to authenticate access, maintain connected brokerage records, provide authorized sharing, preserve activity history, resolve support requests and protect the service.
Where an AI feature is enabled, selected inputs are processed by the configured AI provider to propose extracted facts, summaries or other assistance. Outputs require human review. Feature availability does not mean every document or record is automatically sent to a model.
The Outreach design preview uses fictional data in browser memory. Its changes are not saved to your firm's records and it does not send messages or make calls.
4. Private records and publication
Private firm records are isolated using database Row-Level Security (RLS) and server-enforced permissions. Authorized members see the information allowed by their role and grants. A person may be authorized to belong to more than one firm.
Listings deliberately published on a storefront can be viewed publicly. Public listing views exclude private contacts and deal economics. Uploaded property photos are sanitized before publication, including removal of EXIF GPS metadata; location proposals require human confirmation.
5. Cookies and browser storage
An HttpOnly __session cookie maintains your authenticated session. Browser storage also remembers interface preferences.
For offline tolerance, the browser may retain successful record reads and queued changes. Cached record payloads and queued-change payloads use AES-GCM encryption with a non-extractable browser key. They are scoped to the signed-in person and firm. Application code can decrypt these payloads to display or synchronize them; preferences and storage metadata have different treatment.
We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site advertising pixels. Operational diagnostics are described separately below.
6. Providers and processing
Google Cloud provides application hosting and object storage. AWS provides the production PostgreSQL database. The primary application/file region is Mumbai (asia-south1), and the database region is Mumbai (ap-south-1).
Sentry provides error monitoring, with a US ingest endpoint. Monitoring code removes request bodies, cookies, query strings and identifying headers before sending events. RealtorVault performance reporting measures application performance. These controls do not establish that every diagnostic or provider operation occurs in India.
Configured email, messaging and AI providers process the inputs needed for their enabled functions. Availability, processing location and applicable provider terms vary by function. Contact us for the current provider and data-processing details relevant to your use.
7. Retention, deletion and control
Authorized members can correct records and use the available trash/recovery controls. Some deletions first enter recoverable trash; permanent removal follows the applicable retention workflow. Firm closure has its own recovery and deletion process.
Removal from active records is different from backup expiry or retention of necessary audit/security records. A shared or downloaded copy may remain with its recipient. Contact us for access, correction, export or deletion requests and the applicable retention details; we may need to verify your authority before acting.
8. Updates and questions
We update this notice when practices change and record the reviewed revision date above. Contact PRIMEEDGE ESTATES PRIVATE LIMITED for privacy questions or requests using the contact page.
